By Design named the UK’s fastest-growing premium estate agency brand

By Design has been ranked the UK’s fastest-growing premium estate agency brand for new instructions on properties priced at £750,000 and above.

The ranking is based on TwentyEA data comparing new instructions between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026 with the previous 12-month period. The comparison included brands that recorded at least 50 instructions in that earlier period. The data was extracted on 13 August 2026.

David Lindley shared the news on LinkedIn, congratulating the agents across the network on the achievement. In Estate Agent Today, he said: “We are not the biggest brand in the premium market and we have never pretended to be. But first by growth, tells you which direction we are travelling in.”

That recognition reflects the progress of the UK network and the work of the agents building their businesses under the By Design brand. It is a milestone the wider By Design community can celebrate.
